The option of viewing the main images files is already build in all known operating systems, but we all know that it's not very handy to view a lot of images this way. Most of these softwares are also offering some basic options for editing images, so if we need to flip the image, resize, convert, or change a few little details, we don't need to install another software for it. |

A very handy freeware. It reminds a little of ASDSee with the interface, and it has most of the options we need. It's small and does'nt take a lot of memory. There's even a lot of editing options that other (even commercial ones) does'nt know. Very recommended. Link to a free download of the software:
It's the most known freeware in this area. It has a lot of options for viewing and for basic editing. You can find all that you can find in the commercial softwares. Link to a free download of the software:
The basic interface is similar to the others, but when you're viewing a picture in full screen mode, you'll have all the options you need for the picture you're viewing at the sides of the screen, to see the options just take the mouse to the sides.
